We currently use a 100% secure credit and debit card payment processors Worldpay & Paypal for your safety and convenience. If you would like to pay over the phone, that’s ok too – simply call the order hotline on 01493 852734.
IJustWannaCandy participates in Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for added online payment security. These services are offered by Visa and MasterCard, in association with the bank that has issued your credit/debit card. It is aimed at protecting your details when shopping online by ensuring your card is not being used by someone else.
IJustWannaCandy aims to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt however, during peak periods, this may take a little longer.
If your order is delayed, we will naturally advise you. If you have not received any goods within 14 days please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01493 852734. We will try and give you an accurate delivery date.
All stock information is only to be used as a guide and cannot be guaranteed.
We will inform you by email should an article be temporarily unavailable. We reserve the right to place an item on back order and post it later at no additional cost, if an article is temporarily unavailable.
Delivery Options & Charges
IJustWannaCandy offers standard delivery services via Royal Mail 48 Tracked throughout mainland UK (for definitions of Mainland UK please refer to Royal Mails guide to postal services). IJustWannaCandy does not offer shipping outside of mainland UK.
IJustWannaCandy standard postage and packing charges via Royal Mail are £3.00 for a parcel weighing up to 2kg.
Free delivery options are available to mainland UK delivery addresses on orders over £50 (excluding VAT).
If your order is outside the parameters above, we will contact you to confirm your preferred method of conveyance via the most cost-effective courier.
Please note that IJustWannaCandy will not and cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer for any failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
We take photos of all orders prior to dispatch. The purchaser is required to inspect the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery. If an order is received and there is a discrepancy with the order, a claim must be submitted via email with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt. If a product is received in unusable condition, for reasons other than extremes of temperature, a claim must be submitted via email with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt.
Please note that we do our best to pack your order in such a way that damage should not occur in transit. If your item has been damaged, we will do our best to remedy the situation quickly for you.
Should your item arrive damaged please do not dispose of the item before contacting us as we may require the item to be returned to us and/or photographic proof of any damage in order to make a claim for the damages!
Heat damage to orders
During the hotter months sending candy via the post can be risky. – chocolate, caramel and gummies may melt – as such we can’t guarantee that all candy will arrive in perfect shape however hard we try to protect your products. If there’s any doubt on your part that the product may melt – please don’t order it during the hotter months.
Although we can guarantee that the products will not leave our store melted, we cannot guarantee that whilst in transit, they won’t melt. We will not refund heat damaged items.
No returns are accepted without prior approval and no returns are accepted more than 7 days after receipt. All returned merchandise must be shipped by the customer and this postage cost is not refundable unless agreed otherwise. Due to health regulations, we are not able to accept any food merchandise where original packaging is not intact.

If, for some reason, you wish to cancel an order please let us know within 24 hours, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the item has already been dispatched, then the order will stand.
Should your order contain items that are out of stock at the time of shipping, we will issue a full refund within 48 hours and you will receive an email informing you of this from our Customer Service team.
All prices you see on the website are inclusive of VAT, what you see is what you pay.
We use the data submitted during the order process to complete your order. You have the right to view, change or delete this data at any time.
We do not give your data to any third parties.
